Q: What type of cards does the SU7-03 support?

Q: Is the SU7-03 compatible with hotel PMS software?

Through TTLock and Tuya platform integration, the SU7-03 connects to centralized management dashboards for card issuance, revocation, access log monitoring, and remote lock status reporting required by hotel front desk operations.

Q: Can the SU7-03 be installed on fire-rated hotel doors?

The SU7-03 fits standard door preparations with 35-65mm thickness compatibility. For fire-rated doors, verify that cutout specifications meet local fire code requirements.
