What makes the X3 different from the Q6?
Both have 4-inch displays and face recognition with video intercom. The only difference is lock body design – Q6 is build by CNC precision body and the X3 is a cost-effective alternative with unique design.
Does the X3 support video intercom?
Yes. The dual camera and 4-inch HD display allow two-way video and audio communication with visitors before you unlock the door.
Can the face recognition work at night?
Yes. The dual camera system uses infrared sensors for reliable face recognition in low-light and nighttime conditions.
How do I charge the X3?
Recharge via the hidden USB-C port. A portable battery pack can also provide emergency power to unlock if the battery is fully drained.
Is the X3 available for OEM branding?
Yes. Custom logo engraving, packaging, firmware configuration, and finish options available.
